Solutions Engineer
Solutions Engineer is a highly strategic, high-exposure role that will drive the use of Whatfix, being a trusted consultant to our customers by guiding them during the product's implementation, and internally evangelizing on the diverse use cases of Whatfix implementation. You will drive the onboarding, product solution-ing, end-to-end implementation of the product, to deliver a seamless user experience.
What you will be doing
- Develop, test, and maintain robust code for various features, ensuring functionality across different environments and platforms.
- Design scalable and maintainable software architectures that support the Product's growth and evolution, considering future feature additions and integrations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues within the Application, applying problem-solving skills to devise and implement effective solutions.
- Work with our customers to configure, test & integrate Whatfix solutions into enterprise applications
- Acquire and Leverage your knowledge across various Enterprise Applications to define the framework for Whatfix Implementation
- Pilot new feature releases to directly influence the overall Product development roadmap
- Work cross-functionally in collaboration with different departments, including Product, Customer Success, Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing
What are we looking for?
- BTech CSE, BTech IT / ITES, MTech, BCA, or MCA with No Backlogs.
- Excellent Problem solving skills.
- Full-Time work experience - At least 3 years of Work experience in Web Technology (HTML, JS, CSS), APIs and Databases
- Experience on other Languages and Frameworks will be an added advantage.
- Good Knowledge on Software Architecture and Design Patterns.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills (Very Important)
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while dealing with complex situations.
