Who are we?

Whatfix is an AI platform advancing the “userization” of enterprise applications, empowering companies to maximize the ROI of their digital investments. Technology needs adoption. It’s no different for AI. As AI reshapes roles, workflows, and human-machine interactions, it also introduces new layers of complexity and user friction. This is where Whatfix plays a pivotal role. A decade old  DNA of empowering people to succeed with technology and not replacing them. We call this philosophy Userization: the belief that technology must adapt to the user, not the other way around.

At the heart of userization philosophy is ScreenSense, our proprietary AI engine, which continuously interprets both the context of what users are doing in an application or an AI tool and the intent behind their actions. By combining these signals, Whatfix delivers real-time guidance, nudges, knowledge, and automation directly in the flow of work.

This intelligence powers our entire product suite.

  • Digital Adoption helps users get productive faster.

  • Product Analytics uncovers friction and closes adoption gaps.

  • Mirror allows employees to train in safe, simulated environments.

These are embedded with Whatfix AI Agents which supercharge creation, insights, and user guidance.

Our upcoming AI-first products are already creating a buzz in the market.

  • Seek is an AI-native assistant that not only knows your business context but can also act across applications to get work done on your behalf.

  • Whatfix Mirror 2.0 is the world’s only System plus Role simulation with a complete assessment to lead the Gen AI simulation category.

Together, these products reflect Whatfix’s commitment to building enterprise-ready AI teammates that maximize productivity and ROI. It gives users a unified, intelligent way to find answers across systems, apps, and knowledge silos and helps anyone looking to deliver fast and contextual answers.

Whatfix is bridging the gap between rapid technological change and human enablement—ensuring AI is not only embedded but also usable, trusted, and outcome-driven for every employee.

At Whatfix, we’re not just making software easier—we’re making AI work for people.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who combines strong paid media expertise with a passion for experimentation, automation, and revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable marketing programs, improving operational efficiency, and using AI to transform the way marketing teams work. You will own key paid acquisition channels, collaborate closely with Sales and Product Marketing, and continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, reporting, and execution speed.

If you thrive in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, enjoy solving complex marketing problems, and love experimenting with new technologies, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage channel strategies across paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic, continuously evaluating channel performance, budget allocation, and opportunities for growth.

  • Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns while measuring their influence on downstream business outcomes.

  • Manage programmatic and third-party advertising campaigns.

  • Optimize conversion rates across landing pages and campaign experiences in partnership with cross-functional teams.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to build integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipelines.

  • Build automated dashboards and reporting for SALs, pipeline, and marketing performance.

  • Analyze the relationship between brand awareness initiatives, search demand, and pipeline generation.

  • Leverage AI to automate repetitive marketing workflows and improve campaign execution efficiency.

  • Continuously test new strategies, messaging, audiences, and creative approaches to improve campaign performance.

  • Recommend process improvements that increase team productivity and execution quality.

  • Own and optimize the overall paid media portfolio across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), LinkedIn Ads, programmatic, and other relevant paid channels, ensuring campaigns work together to drive efficient pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Analyze paid media performance holistically across channels, identifying opportunities to reallocate budgets, improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase qualified pipeline.

Qualification Criteria:

  • 6–7 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS organization.

  • Strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant paid channels.

  • Proven experience managing paid search (SEM), paid social, display, and/or programmatic campaigns, with ownership of budgets and performance targets.

  • Strong understanding of full-funnel paid media strategy, from awareness and demand generation through qualified pipeline and revenue.

  • Experience with campaign planning, budget allocation, bidding strategies, audience targeting, keyword/search query analysis, ad testing, and ongoing optimization across paid channels.

  • Ability to analyze performance across channels and make data-driven budget allocation and optimization decisions based on pipeline and business outcomes, not just CPL or CTR.

  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to connect paid media activity with pipeline generation.

  • Experience building reporting dashboards and marketing performance reports across multiple paid media platforms.

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation to improve campaign management, analysis, reporting, and marketing execution.

  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Pardot, Zapier, and Advanced Excel.

What Success Looks Like?

Within the first 6–12 months, you will:

  • Consistently launch campaigns on time with high execution quality.

  • Build automated reporting that significantly reduces manual effort.

  • Introduce AI-driven workflows that improve team productivity.

  • Improve collaboration across Marketing and Sales.

  • Demonstrate the business impact of brand awareness initiatives through measurable reporting.

  • Contribute to a significant increase in qualified sales pipeline.

  • Bring proactive ideas that improve campaign strategy, operational efficiency, and market visibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms.

  • Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM).

  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI workflow automation.

What We're Looking For?

  • Strategic thinking with a bias toward action.

  • A passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and leadership.

  • Curiosity to adopt emerging AI technologies and translate them into practical business impact.

What Will Make You Stand Out?

  • You proactively identify opportunities instead of waiting for direction.

  • You understand attribution beyond last-click metrics.

  • You use AI as a core part of your daily workflow.

  • You think in terms of business outcomes, not just marketing metrics.

  • You enjoy building systems that help the entire team move faster.
