About the Role

The Lead – Corporate Finance will play a critical role in ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic financial reporting. This role requires a strong blend of technical accounting expertise, regulatory knowledge, operational rigor, and leadership capability to support a fast-growing, global SaaS organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and oversee monthly payroll processing, payouts, and all related statutory compliances, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory adherence.

  • Review and authorize vendor and other payments, including banking portal management and payment governance controls.

  • Drive end-to-end Direct and Indirect Tax compliance, ensuring strong controls, accuracy in filings, and proactive risk mitigation.

  • Partner with external valuers to provide inputs and oversight for ESOP, RSU, and gratuity valuations, ensuring compliance and financial accuracy.

  • Provide leadership oversight on banking operations, day-to-day financial transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.

  • Ensure full compliance with RBI and FEMA regulations, including timely filings and regulatory reporting.

  • Establish robust accounting controls and governance over corporate assets.

  • Deliver high-quality periodic MIS, financial, and analytical reports to management, board members, and investors.

Eligibility and Required Skills

  • 7 to 10 years of post-qualification experience (CA – Inter/Final), preferably within a software or high-growth technology company.

  • Strong hands-on experience in preparing financial statements in accordance with Ind AS (Consolidated and Standalone).

  • Expertise in the Oracle NetSuite accounting system.

  • Solid experience in preparing financial statements under Indian GAAP.

  • Strong analytical acumen with deep experience in balance sheet reviews, financial analysis, and board/investor reporting.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial insights clearly.

  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence cross-functional and senior stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams.

  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced, global, high-growth environment.
