What you'll get to do?

  • Assist the team in planning and creating growth channels for demand generation and brand awarenes
  • Improve the podcast channel’s performance by monitoring, evaluation, and provducing new episodes.
  • Develop new and innovative strategies to engage the audience, build fan communities across platforms, and raise awareness about Digital Adoption.
  • Prior experience in working on video scripts, blogs,ebooks etc.
  • Work on co-marketing initiatives with external stakeholders to increase engagement for growth marketing activities
  • Conducting market research on consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and desirable for the users.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.

What you should have?


  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in B2B space along with influencers and community-building expertise
  • Should have a proven track record of producing a successful podcast
  • Experience in content creation like blogs, assessments, ebooks, whitepapers, etc.


  • Measurable track record in marketing campaign strategies
  • Experience with online community building.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and other web traffic metrics
  • Outstanding project management skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Networking aptitude.
