We are looking for a stellar Product Trainer for our GCSS team in Bengaluru, India.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and administer training programs for customers, partners, and internal employees on Product features, IT technical concepts, and Instructional Design Guidelines

  •  Deliver a variety of ILT sessions – virtual online sessions, in-person sessions, workshops, use-case driven sessions, best practices sharing sessions; using traditional and modern training methods

  • Design and develop a wide range of ILT training materials such as presentation content, practice exercises, assessment materials, and scenario-based use cases. Support creating video-based or online content for self-learning modules

  • Work with the product team to continuously update product knowledge and create training content as per product releases

  •  Maintain training data; generate and present training reports to management

  • Work timings - US (5 PM - 2 AM)


Mandatory Skills:

  •  3 - 8 years of experience in delivering software product training and\or IT technical training

  •  Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive conversations effectively with the participants

  •  Experience with creating training materials for instructor-led training

  • Proficient in web frontend languages – HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  • Ability to quickly learn product functionality and features

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with moderate supervision and complete assigned projects on time


Preferred skills:

  • Working experience with any of the products in CRM, HCM, CM, and P&C functional domains

  • Experience with training international customers or partners

  • Knowledge and/or experience with Instructional Design Principles

  • Experience with training SaaS products with B2B setup
