What would you get to do?

  • Manage niche & high volume search workload via direct/passive sourcing, headhunting, and build ongoing pipelining for open roles
  • Take ownership of end to end candidate experience
  • Work closely with the TA leads to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals pipelines for existing & upcoming roles
  • Provide ongoing feedback to TA Leads/ recruiters on the recruitment marketplace that helps keep managers informed about realistic expectations
  • Build market intelligence data for niche roles and help TA/ Business to take informed decision (specific projects)
  • Proactively source passive candidates through extensive name generation research, complex internet searches, existing talent pool database searching,
  • Maintain an organized and updated candidate database for immediate and future hiring needs
  • Screen candidates to gauge skills, interest level, salary range, expectations etc
  • Regularly update TA Leads/leadership on sourcing efforts, providing metrics on outreach, engagement rates, and hiring success
  • Stay abreast of the latest sourcing strategies and methodologies. Implement new strategies to continuously enhance our sourcing and engagement efforts.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and digital networking

Who would be a good fit for this role?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Sourcing/ recruiting experience preferred with extensive souring for Sales, R&D, Marketing/ BD roles
  • Experience in building with volume based hiring pipelines
  • Familiarity with (or keen interest to learn rapidly) complete span of headhunting techniques, along with advanced sourcing platforms & techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Developer Platforms, Engagement Platforms, Social Media platforms, XRay searches etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.Proficient in relevant office software and database systems.

This is a contract position for 6 month,
