What will you get to do?
- Develop innovative and effective marketing collaterals that build brand equity and demand globally for Whatfix
- Generate creative and compelling content/ copy across a variety of channels like emails, website, social, events, and digital, and ensure compliance of Whatfix brand/ content standards and guidelines across all of them.
- Conceptualize, (co)create and/ or proof copy based on the campaign brief from the various teams within the Demand Generation team at Whatfix.
- Work with marketing Specialists, Strategists and Leads at Whatfix across the globe to provide content or copy support.
- Support in creating decks for events, speaker presentations, or team projects.
- Define quarterly content experiments in partnership with the marketing teams based on past results/ performance.
- Work on in-house communications when required.
- Contribute to establishing and tracking against Demand Generation content/ copy standards and best practices.
What you should have?
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Mastery over the English language and ability to understand brand tones and strategies to adapt it for the various mediums leveraged in the SaaS B2B industry.
- Experience in content creation and copywriting with a focus on writing for B2B SaaS campaigns, including content for Whatfix hosted events and tradeshows. The candidate should be able to conceptualize, create and proof copy. Prior experience in translating B2B brand and demand gen campaign briefs into content/ copy for various marketing channels is essential.
- Good understanding of layouts, design and design tools.
- Ability to proficiently use Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets (Microsoft Office, Presentation, and Excel). Anything else is welcome too!
- Familiarity with online project management and collaboration tools and prior exposure to content creation/ editing softwares like Adobe is good.
- On point proofing and editing skills.
- Experience of working with global teams would be an advantage.
- BA/MA in Mass Communications, English, Digital Media or a related field.
