About the opportunity:
Whatfix’s Revenue Operations department is looking for a GTM Tools Analyst / Sr Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and integrating our salesforce instances with various GTM tools. You will also collaborate with leaders of all departments on a regular basis to understand the requirements to deliver best-in-class user experience, improve information capture, data analysis, reporting and automated workflows to Whatfix employees. With your skills in GTM Tools such as Salesforce, Chorus, Highspot, Rinlead, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator combined with Whatfix’s fast-paced rapidly growing environment, you will be encouraged to roll up your sleeves and participate in various roles to deliver success!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in handling GTM tools

Troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve problems reported by users and provide documentation of issues/root cause/solution on all tickets arising from tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, Spotdraft, Highspot, Outreach, Chorus, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, LinkedIn SalesNav and other GTM tools

Stay current with latest releases and continued education within the Salesforce platform, CPQ, Outreach, RingLead and all GTM Tools.

Regularly conduct training, assistance, and solutions for end users across the organization and new hires

Collaborate with teams to design workflows to help automate manual processes and enhance data hygiene

Ensure integrations across all GTM tools are up-to-date and establish rhythmic processes to avoid slippages

Document, prioritize, and complete ad hoc requests submitted by users

Maintain processes to support administrative, development, & change management activities

Coordinate with Development team to lead evaluation, scope & completion of new development requests

Complete regular internal system audits & prepare for upgrades

Work location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
Work Mode: 5 days work from office
Work timings: NA Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST)
