What do you get to do?

Customer facing: The VR & DAP Strategy Advisor (Value Advisor) serves as a subject matter expert and advisor to our customers. They guide and advise the customers through the strategic  implementation of Whatfix Digital Adoption Platform (DAP). The role of the Value Advisor is to  conduct in-depth analyses of customer needs, design tailored DAP implementation plans and provide ongoing advisory support to ensure the seamless integration and effective utilization of DAP technologies.  This leadership position involves working with the customer and internal teams to develop long-term DAP strategy, establish DAP implementation and project management best practices, create Centers of Excellence, & demonstrate the Value of Investment of DAP Solutions.

Internal facing: As the torchbearer of our value realization efforts, the VR & DAP Strategy Advisor (Value Advisor) collaborates with Whatfix cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement strategies and programs that enhance customer value, optimize performance, and ensure the alignment of initiatives with our organization's strategic goals. Key responsibilities include overseeing the planning and execution of key value realization projects, facilitating cross-client knowledge sharing, and measuring and reporting on the impact of COE initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Customer-facing Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to customers on Whatfix Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) strategies.

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of customer needs to understand their business objectives and challenges.

  • Design tailored DAP implementation plans based on customer requirements and industry best practices.

  • Provide ongoing advisory support to customers to ensure the seamless integration and effective utilization of DAP technologies.

  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop long-term DAP strategies aligned with their business goals.

  • Establish DAP implementation and project management best practices for efficient deployment.

  • Create Centers of Excellence (COE) within customer organizations to drive DAP adoption and proficiency.

  • Demonstrate the value of investment in DAP solutions through metrics, case studies, and ROI analysis.

Internal-facing Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Whatfix to identify and develop strategies that enhance customer value.

  • Implement programs and initiatives to optimize DAP performance and align with organizational strategic goals.

  • Oversee the planning and execution of key value realization projects internally.

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing across Whatfix teams to leverage insights and best practices.

  • Measure and report on the impact of COE initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Serve as a liaison between customer-facing teams and internal departments to ensure alignment on customer needs and organizational objectives.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Whatfix products and services based on customer feedback and market trends.

  • Act as a thought leader within the organization, staying abreast of industry developments and sharing insights with relevant stakeholders.

What you need to have/ bring to the table:

Skill Requirement:

  • Customer-facing Experience: Significant experience (typically 5+ years) working directly with customers in a consulting, advisory, or strategic partnership capacity. This should include experience in guiding customers through complex technology implementations and providing strategic advice.

  • Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Expertise: Strong understanding of digital adoption platforms, their functionalities, and their role in enhancing user experience and driving business value. Experience with implementing or advising on DAP solutions is highly desirable.

  • Strategic Planning and Analysis: Proven track record in conducting in-depth analyses of customer needs, designing strategic plans, and implementing initiatives to achieve business objectives.

  • Project Management: Experience in project management methodologies and practices, particularly in the context of technology implementations and adoption programs.

  • Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, and build strong relationships with customers.

  • Value Realization and ROI Analysis: Experience in measuring and demonstrating the value of technology investments, including ROI analysis, metrics tracking, and reporting.

Education requirement: 

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is typically required.

  • Advanced Degree (Preferred): Some organizations may prefer candidates with a master's degree or higher qualification, especially if the role involves strategic planning, business analysis, or data analysis.

  • Certifications (Desirable): While not always mandatory, certifications related to project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), business analysis (e.g., CBAP), or technology (e.g., certifications in specific DAP platforms) can be advantageous.

  • Continuous Learning: Given the dynamic nature of technology and business environments, a commitment to continuous learning and professional development is highly valued. Attendance at relevant conferences, workshops, and training programs can demonstrate this commitment
