Scope of work - Global Whatfix teams

Prior experience of 4+ years in Learning & Development would be preferred.

You like to deep-dive and research adult learning behaviors and curate content that’s in sync with them. You will be responsible for creating exceptional learning experiences for Whatfix employees globally. If you love public speaking and facilitation, this role would be perfect for you.

Core Focus Areas of the Role:

1.Professional Enablement

  • Drive IC Enablement charter through multiple programs focussed on fundamentals and functionally-relevant skillset
  • Steer the Whatfix Young Professional Program for relevant learner groups across the org
  • Drive personal effectiveness programs for IC-level roles across Whatfix

2.Social Learning Programs

  • Sustain the peer learning momentum and build new programs to drive social learning across multiple teams and BUs
  • Build a team of learning champions to further evangelize the organizational learning objectives and self-learning philosophy
  • Own internal social learning channels and drive engagement within employee groups

3.LinkedIn Learning & MOOC Curation

  • Devise and implement strategies to drive adoption and improve overall learning duration on the platform
  • Share quarterly dashboards and learner recognitions with the teams and recommended strategies & action to the leadership team
  • Run monthly LIL campaigns on identified themes
  • Create role-based learning paths to address developmental gaps across teams

4.Competency modelling exercise & developing Career frameworks

  • Define the career & job architecture for Whatfix talent and unique roles
  • Develop team-level Competency models and plan their rollout and adoption
  • Create learning tracks based on identified competency clusters specific to each role & drive adoption

5.Custom learning interventions for business-specific needs

  • Ideate learning solutions based on input received via TNI surveys, managerial feedback, employee pulse and HRBP insights
  • Plan and run custom interventions / calendar programs as needed
  • Support managerial and leadership development programs

6.Compliance and Reporting

  • Drive India and Global compliance programs and campaigns on PoSH, Code of Conduct, Whatfix Principles, etc. to meet org-level metrics and build employee-level understanding
  • Bring new ideas to the learning/gamified approach to mandatory programs
