In this role, you will:

1.Drive Employee Engagement:

  • Lead global initiatives to enhance employee engagement, fostering a fun and inclusive workplace.

  • Organize offsites, events, and programs tailored to Gen Z and Gen Y, ensuring site-level cultural alignment.

  • Implement mechanisms for feedback analysis and quarterly reviews.

2.Employer Branding:

  • Create compelling employee advocacy stories and social media content to boost Whatfix's employer brand.

  • Track and analyze engagement metrics, collaborate on award campaigns, and develop actionable insights.

3.Alumni Network & Relations:

  • Manage alumni communications, engagement, and events, maintaining a robust alumni network for mentorship and referrals.

4.People Milestones & CSR:

  • Develop and implement CSR and employee milestone programs, tracking effectiveness and driving 80%+ adoption.

5.Policy Review & HR Projects:

  • Collaborate on HR communication projects, review and propose policies, and ensure alignment with local regulations.

6.Employee Wellbeing & Benefits:

  • Manage partnerships for employee wellbeing, handle operational tasks, and ensure successful program implementation.

7.Org Communication & Projects:

  • Lead internal communication strategies, talent roundtables, and strategic updates, enhancing overall employee engagement.

8.ESG Charter:

  • Develop and execute ESG initiatives, collaborating with global stakeholders and managing reporting and policy execution.

9.Metrics to Track on this role:

  • Employee pulse satisfaction levels

  • Scores reflecting Whatfix's culture

  • Employee participation in team bonding and activities

  • Number of employees involved in CSR programs

  • Number of leaders volunteering for CSR and fun events

  • Amber score changes for a fun culture

  • Budget utilization for team offsites and milestone celebrations

  • Glassdoor scores for reviews and CEO approval

 

Required Expertise

  • Typical experience (4-6 years) - Direct report to the Director/Head of the Function. It is an Individual Contributor role. Handles initiatives for  APAC or global as per need.
  • Preferred experience: Experience in handling employer branding projects, internal employee communications, and people policy development.
