Position Overview:
As the GTM Tools Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the effectiveness of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy by overseeing the strategy, implementation, optimization, and integration of key tools within our tech stack. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment between sales, marketing, Partnerships, customer success and other initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Tool Management: Manage the administration, configuration, and maintenance of GTM tools, including Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, CLM and other relevant platforms.
Integration and Automation: Lead efforts to integrate GTM tools with each other and with internal systems to streamline processes and data flow. Implement automation workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Customization and Optimization: Customize GTM tools to align with specific business requirements and workflows. Continuously optimize configurations to improve usability, performance, and data integrity.
Drive adoption: Drive adoption of existing tools using Whatfix. Be data driven. Identify gaps in tools adoption/enablement and work closely with the Sales Enablement team to devise a strategy and implementation.
Training and Support: Work with Sales Enablement team to Develop training materials and provide guidance to users on GTM tools functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting. Serve as the primary point of contact for tools and set up a process to handle tool related queries and support requests.
Analytics and Reporting: One of the most important outcomes of tools is Data. Collaborate with analytics teams to determine output and design tools to get correct data flow. Define key metrics and reporting requirements. Build dashboards and reports within GTM tools to provide actionable insights into sales, marketing, and customer success performance.
Vendor Management: Continuous improvement is a key to success. Evaluate existing tools’ new features/functionality and new GTM tools and technologies to enhance our tech stack capabilities. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure alignment with business needs.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of GTM tool configurations, processes, and integrations. Keep stakeholders informed of updates and changes through regular communications.
Experience
- 5+ years of Proven experience managing GTM tools in a B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on Salesforce and other relevant platforms
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with tool customization, integration, and automation techniques.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Salesforce Analytics, BI tools, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
