Ventures
Sales Engineer is a highly strategic, high-exposure role that will drive the use of Whatfix, being a
trusted consultant to our customers by guiding them during the product's implementation, and
internally evangelizing on the diverse use cases of Whatfix implementation. You will drive the
onboarding, product solution-ing, end-to-end implementation of the product, to deliver a
seamless user experience.

What you will be doing
Work with our customers to configure, test & integrate Whatfix solutions into
enterprise applications
Acquire and Leverage your knowledge across various Enterprise Applications to
define the framework for Whatfix Implementation
Own and drive the roadmap for all the implementations in Whatfix’s demo instances,
including the development of out-of-the-box solutions to address challenging
requirements
Pilot new feature releases to directly influence the overall Product development
roadmap
Work cross-functionally in collaboration with different departments, including
Product, Customer Success, Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing

What are we looking for?
BTech CSE, BTech IT / ITES, MTech, BCA, or MCA with No Backlogs
Full-Time work experience - Freshers or those with less than 2 years work Experience
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills (Very Important)
Good Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML (Very Important)
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while dealing with complex
situations
