Ventures
Sales Engineer is a highly strategic, high-exposure role that will drive the use of Whatfix, being a
trusted consultant to our customers by guiding them during the product's implementation, and
internally evangelizing on the diverse use cases of Whatfix implementation. You will drive the
onboarding, product solution-ing, end-to-end implementation of the product, to deliver a
seamless user experience.
What you will be doing
● Work with our customers to configure, test & integrate Whatfix solutions into
enterprise applications
● Acquire and Leverage your knowledge across various Enterprise Applications to
define the framework for Whatfix Implementation
● Own and drive the roadmap for all the implementations in Whatfix’s demo instances,
including the development of out-of-the-box solutions to address challenging
requirements
● Pilot new feature releases to directly influence the overall Product development
roadmap
● Work cross-functionally in collaboration with different departments, including
Product, Customer Success, Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing
What are we looking for?
● BTech CSE, BTech IT / ITES, MTech, BCA, or MCA with No Backlogs
● Full-Time work experience - Freshers or those with less than 2 years work Experience
● Impeccable verbal and written communication skills (Very Important)
● Good Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML (Very Important)
● Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while dealing with complex
situations
