Role Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Product Manager to join our Internal Business Solutions team. This role is crucial in driving the development and enhancement of internal tools and solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our teams and contribute to overall business efficiency.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Drive the product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-buy perspective.
  • Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re met.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
  • Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans.
  • Set up the roadmaps (short term: 1-3 sprints, mid-term: 1-2 quarters, long term: 4 or more quarters).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, UAT, and product launch.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product teams, marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership teams in the development, QA, and release of products, ensuring success for the entire organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success and impact of internal products. Use data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption and transition to new tools and processes. Provide training and support to users as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in internal product management and digital adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a B2B product management role.
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
  • High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Past entrepreneurial experience is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in product design or engineering.
  • Previous experience in software and web development.
