The Fastrack team plays a critical role in accelerating customer onboarding and time-to-value. The program specializes in fast-paced implementation engagements, operating with a clearly defined delivery scope, ensuring streamlined onboarding and a smooth transition to long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Onboard customers and their applications onto the Whatfix platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient integration experience.

  • Configure all features of the Whatfix application, including groups, security settings, and integrations with other Enterprise Application Systems (EAS).

  • Customize the Whatfix product to align with specific customer requirements and business goals.

  • Integrate the Whatfix platform and analytics systems seamlessly with customers’ enterprise application ecosystems.

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Customer Success Managers to fully understand the customer's business objectives, tailoring the engagement approach accordingly.

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, coordinating with Customer Success, Project Management, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve issues and ensure SLA adherence.

  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions with an uncompromising focus on quality.

  • Provide digital adoption consulting by understanding the customer’s application landscape and business processes. Ideate and propose optimal digital adoption strategies using the Whatfix product ecosystem.

  • Create tailored content with the Whatfix Content Editor to meet the unique use cases of each customer.

  • Help establish and maintain standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and high quality across all project deliverables.

 

 

Qualification Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

  • 3-6 years of hands-on product/ solution implementation experience, preferably with enterprise software or SaaS products.

  • Good presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to bridge communication between technical and business teams.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment with the ability to develop product expertise, prioritize and work on multiple customer projects concurrently.

  • Proficient on Native JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

  • Ability to understand Enterprise Applications like Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle would be an added advantage.
