What you'll get to do?
As businesses increasingly invest in customer success and in building dedicated teams to improve customer retention, the need for internal employee enablement is growing. This is highly apparent in the growing demand for Enablement & Training professionals. In this role, you would:

Deliver course design documents, storyboards, and prototypes, with appropriate instructions for the audio scripts/video scripts

Be innovative in creating learning content utilizing various delivery methods that support accelerated learning.

Create clear and well-structured documentation and how-to guides on products, processes, and tools.

Work directly with subject matter experts to understand training requirements and capture course-specific knowledge.

Ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and convert them into simplified learning concepts
-
Create assessments and evaluate the effectiveness based on Kirkpatrick’s model for training evaluation.
What do you need to have?
-
To have at least 2-5 years of work experience in the Learning and Development domain with Knowledge of instructional design and instructional technology

Proven experience with Instructional Design Principles to strategize and deliver solutions to address learning gaps

Outstanding writing skills, grammar, editorial skills, ability to articulate information exceptionally well, and attention to detail

Should have knowledge of course development software and Learning Management Systems

Ability to quickly learn product functionality and features

Self-motivated with the ability to work with moderate supervision and complete assigned projects on time

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Flexible to work in EMEA shift (1 PM - 10 PM)
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Knowledge in web frontend languages – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, preferred
-
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, educational technology, or equivalent
-
Experience working for a SaaS product-based company
-
Proven experience working under strict deadlines and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
-
Experience working with Adobe Premiere Pro and Articulate RISE.
