Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Engineering Lead to lead a high-performing team of 7–10 Solutions Engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring the team, driving customer-centric solution implementations, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions that promote user adoption and maximize customer value. You will play a critical role in shaping the strategy, execution, and growth of our Solutions function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–10 Solutions Engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Manage solution design, deployment, and customer onboarding to ensure timely, scalable, and high-impact implementations.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver solutions aligned with client goals and product capabilities.

  • Champion user engagement strategies and drive the development of best practices that improve adoption and overall customer experience.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to advocate for customer needs and long-term success.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Implementation, or Technical Consulting role, including experience in a team leadership capacity.

  • Understanding of the fundamentals of front-end development

  • Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3 (Animation, Grid, Flexbox), vanilla JavaScript(ES5, ES6 and beyond) would be great to have.

  • Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred

  • Proven success in leading teams within SaaS, enterprise software, or digital adoption platforms.

  • Deep understanding of user experience, digital transformation, and customer success methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and delivering measurable customer impact.
