You’ll lead a high-performing, cross-functional team, guiding the architecture, design, and
execution of critical projects that impact millions of users globally.
We’re looking for someone who is deeply technical, thrives in a hands-on environment, and can
also inspire and grow engineering talent. If you’re passionate about solving complex challenges,
driving innovation, and creating scalable software systems, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
● Own and drive the architecture and design of frontend and full-stack systems for your
team.
● Be a hands-on technical leader, mentoring engineers while actively contributing to the
codebase when needed.
● Guide the team through complex technical challenges, acting as a go-to expert in
architecture decisions.
● Define and execute the technical roadmap, aligning closely with Product Managers
(PMs) and other Engineering Leaders (ELs).
● Champion a customer-first mindset in all stages of development.
● Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with both short-term priorities and the
long-term vision of the company.
● Foster a high-performing team culture built on ownership, innovation, and continuous
improvement.
Our Ideal candidate:
● 10+ years of overall experience in software engineering with at least 2 years leading cross-functional teams.
● Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies: React, JavaScript, TypeScript & familiar with Java-based backend ecosystem
● In-depth knowledge of micro-frontend and microservices-based architectures, with expertise in driving such transitions or implementations.
● Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to break down and navigate complex technical issues.
● Strong understanding of design principles and their practical application in scalable systems.
● Proven track record in defining and executing product roadmaps.
● Experience working in a SaaS product environment.
● A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
Nice to Have:
● Proficiency in GWT, HTML, CSS, SCSS.
● Experience with the React ecosystem (Hooks, Router, SSR, Context API).
● Familiarity with Webpack, especially with Module Federation and micro frontend setups.
● Prior work on web browser extensions. Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility nuances.
● Backend development experience, preferably with Java and Spring Boot for microservices.
● Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in startups or SAAS companies.
● A passion for continuous learning and team collaboration.
