We are growing quickly & looking for a stellar Instructional Designer professional to join our Global Customer Success and Services team in Bangalore who can bring the hustle associated with a fast-paced environment to succeed.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Creation and maintenance of course content for the Whatfix certification program. 
  2. Interact with internal stakeholders and collect feedback about the certification program. 
  3. Working closely with the product team to create training materials for internal and external audiences about the latest product features. 
  4. Work with the video editing team to create AV course content. 

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Good authoring and documentation skills
  • Created user guides or Instructional manuals for internal or external audiences
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and design walkthroughs to navigate them
  • Thinks creatively and drives innovation
  • Has strategic and critical thinking skills
  • Should manage complex and concurrent projects
  • Possesses the ability to work with a diverse set of people
  • Shows strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and respond to shifting deadlines
  • Experience working for a SaaS product-based company preferred
    University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred
  • Flexible to work in EMEA shift (1 PM - 10 PM)
