Are you ready for the next phase of your growth?
Our Business Development team is working with large enterprises spread across the North Americas (70%), EMEA (20%), and APAC (10%) regions. We are looking for a stellar Team Lead-BD to join our fast-growing Digital Adoption team.
What will you get to do?

Become the subject matter expert for all Business Development processes, best practices and metrics

Hire, mentor, coach and train current and incoming Sr. Business Development Representatives in order for the sales team to meet or exceed their quota

Exploring and trying new tools and technologies
-
Expertise in building and cultivating prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up qualifications in order to move opportunities into the sales funnel

Conducting advanced discoveries - Perform thorough needs assessment and identify prospects' pain points, impact and build DAP awareness

Excellent nurture skills - Building sense of urgency

Expert in conducting personalized outbound calls, emailing and social channel activities against targeted accounts, prospect lists, and other campaigns

Build and increase industry knowledge on select industries and Whatfix products

Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM

Promote database cleanup and hygiene through regular and ongoing maintenance activities
What you should have?
-
3-5 years experience in Business Development/Sales Development with a focus on Outbound. People with at least 2 years of experience of directly leading/managing a team of SDR/BDRs will be preferred.

Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening)
