Roles& Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of PMO processes and methodologies.
* Ensure alignment of project initiatives with organizational goals.
* Conduct comprehensive reviews of GCSS processes and implement necessary changes.
* Maintain and refine PMO documentation, including process guides and templates.
* Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in PMO operations.
Skills Required:
* Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
* PMP, CAPM or other relevant project management certification preferred.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or PMO operations.
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in advanced project management software and tools.
* Digital Adoption Specialist certification.
