What you'll get to do?

  • Manage the SaaS system and facilitate control over financial accounting and reporting.  You will be responsible for integrating various streams of data from our internal SaaS system and customer data to work with our outsourced accounting team to manage the renewals and monthly close process. You will deep dive into all sets of available data and arrive at findings and conclusions.
  • Manage AR activities -  Managing cash flow is important for a company of our size, which requires careful attention to collections across the company. You will oversee the automated processes that drive these and, where necessary, step in and take actions to manage collections. 
  • Drive modelling throughout the company As a rapidly growing company, there are numerous decisions that require rigorous financial analysis to help make decisions around future funding rounds, operational efficiency, and sales activities. You will co-lead on designing models to support these activities and then work with relevant groups within the company to gather the necessary data to support the model and reach decisions with the management team.
  • Run with special projects We leverage our size to nimbly pursue new opportunities, which often require ad hoc investigations and quick decision making and execution. You will be involved in these whenever they arise and will have an opportunity to learn from and influence departments across the company in the process

What you should have?

  • 1-3 years prior experience preferably in FDD (Due Diligence) of SaaS/ Tech/ E-comm Companies
  • Prior experience with revenue operations in respect to driving organisation-wide sales planning and tracking of revenue number and related metrics
  • Manage the reporting of ARR on a real-time basis with the help of automated reports
  • Understanding of key SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, GRR, NRR) and revenue recognition rules and regulations, including those related to recurring revenue streams
  • Ability to work independently in a cross-functional team environment
  • Desire to handle operational-related tasks that drive the financial operations of the company while also helping drive the long-term financial strategy of the company
  • Ability to switch gears and manage multiple finance or operation projects while delivering results on schedule.
  • Ability to handle complex accounting and compliance matters
  • Preference with experience in Saas system: record nos & record revenue 
  • Excel skills and adaptive to software
  • Plus to have investor management and receivables experience.
