We're on an accelerated growth trajectory and are on the lookout for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to bolster our HR organization in the USA. This position would be responsible for all recruitment and related operations for our US, UK & EU offices.
We are primarily looking for candidates in the Bay Area/San Jose, CA, but are open to people across the country who are willing to move to the bay area/San Jose.

About the Role
You will work closely with the leaders of key functions within Whatfix, and collaborate with other hiring teams across the globe to drive synergy, share best practices, build recruiting strategies and execute upon them.
In addition, you will lead/mentor one or more recruiter and/or coordinator, and also manage our relationships (if/as needed) with external recruiting agencies. You should be comfortable operating as a full-cycle individual contributor who would be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership, hiring managers, business unit heads, and HR/TA team to recruit top-tier talent for complex, niche, and executive-level roles across North America (NA), UK, and EU offices.
- Strategize on planning and execution of Employer branding programs to attract the right talent.
- Be data-driven & leverage data and metrics to drive continuous process improvement, focusing on reducing time-to-hire, raise the bar on talent quality for high-impact positions.
- Be agile in working out strategies to hire for roles & demonstrate strong sense of urgency to ensure timely decision making.
- Lead and mentor the recruiting team, ensuring best practices in headhunting, passive search strategies, and market mapping are employed.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers across key departments like Marketing, Sales, Solutions, post sales, Engineering etc. to define role requirements, interview processes, hiring criteria, and negotiate offers
- Develop and execute unique search strategies to attract candidates for highly specialized roles.
- Develop innovative ways to raise the bar on how Whatfix recruits talent
- Lead calibration sessions with hiring managers and business unit leaders during the interview process, incorporating feedback into the search on an interactive basis
- Balance providing a high touch experience throughout the entire recruiting process with both internal stakeholders and candidates, while continuously keeping the pipeline active and meeting your hiring goals
- Collaborate in the development of strategies that influence and attract the right talent to join Whatfix at the right time
- Collaborate with other hiring teams across the globe to drive synergy & sharing of best practices.
- Track all key metrics on hiring and ensure regular updates and dashboards for business leaders and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Experience & Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on headhunting, executive search, and complex recruitment challenges.
- Proven track record in recruiting for hard-to-fill, niche, and high-impact roles, particularly within the Enterprise Software or SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated experience in using advanced sourcing techniques, such as market mapping, competitor analysis, and executive search tools.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and manage competing priorities.
- Deep understanding of working in a multicultural environment
- Must be a team player with experience collaborating with diverse teams worldwide
- High proficiency in recruitment technologies and tools, including ATS, CRM, and AI-driven platforms.
- Advanced negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex offer scenarios.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and adaptability to changing business needs.
- Strong research skills and the ability to craft innovative sourcing strategies.
