Whatfix is seeking an experienced Analyst Relations Strategist to join a high-performing, growth-driven marketing team. This role will be instrumental in positioning Whatfix as a leader across top analyst reports. You will build strong relationships with key analysts and influencers, driving impactful engagements that showcase the customer value Whatfix delivers.

As a self-driven, proactive leader, you will own the strategy and execution of critical AR initiatives, ensuring alignment with our market positioning and business goals. You’ll thrive on taking full ownership of analyst evaluations and reports, actively managing relationships with industry influencers, and securing positive outcomes for Whatfix in the marketplace. With a sales mindset, you’ll work closely with sales, demand generation, and product marketing teams to shape a compelling narrative and amplify our customer value in front of analysts and prospects alike.

You’re hands-on with a keen eye for spotting emerging trends and a deep understanding of how to leverage analyst relationships to influence the broader market. You’ll drive measurable impact, helping shape the future of the DAP category while ensuring Whatfix stays ahead of the competition. Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Analyst Relations Strategy: Support and execute a strategic AR plan aligned with business goals, including managing relationships with key industry analysts.
  • Manage Analyst Interactions: Schedule and prepare Whatfix spokespeople for analyst briefings and inquiries, ensuring impactful, well-prepared engagements.
  • Lead Analyst Reports and Evaluations: Proactively manage submissions for key analyst evaluations like Gartner Market Guides, Forrester Waves, IDC MarketScape, Everest Group PEAK Matrix and others to ensure accurate company representation.
  • Drive Strategic Analyst Engagements: Plan and lead strategy sessions (e.g., SAS days) with top-tier analysts to strengthen Whatfix’s positioning and strategic insights.
  • Content Creation and Management: Produce and edit AR content, including presentations, research notes, and briefing decks, to convey strategic messaging effectively.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing and demand generation teams to ensure that analyst relations are fully integrated with overall marketing and business strategies.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Implement AR measurement programs to track analyst interactions, report on sentiment analysis, and evaluate the effectiveness of AR initiatives.

Qualification Criteria:

  • Experience: Overall 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in analyst relations, including hands-on experience managing analyst evaluations and reports.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the rapidly evolving technology landscape and the competitive environment within the enterprise tech space, with a strong ability to spot emerging trends, particularly in the AI or SaaS sectors.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders and analysts.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage multiple AR projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and execute complex programs under pressure.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with industry analysts, internal cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and extract strategic insights from analyst reports and industry trends to inform company strategy and market positioning.
  • Ownership: Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of analyst relations programs, being self-driven to ensure alignment with business objectives and market positioning, while proactively driving measurable impact through independent initiative and execution.
  • Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with AR tracking tools like ARInsights or similar platforms, and adept at leveraging them for data-driven decision-making.
