We are looking for a stellar (Senior) Solution Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, India..

What do you get to do?

Collaborate with experienced cross-functional teams to conceive, design, and bring innovative products and solutions to market.
Customers will use WF solution products to expedite their digital adoption journey. You need to research on customer needs related to the digital adoption of business processes, design & develop product features, implement integrations with other software systems, and do optimization related to performance, security, and data integrity.
Lead technical engagements for a variety of clients including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
Design and code the right solutions starting with broadly defined problems.
Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
Drive existing and new product feature adoption across Customers and GTM teams.
Respond to customer escalation for technical issues relating to solution products and coordinate with Professional Services, Engineering, and Product teams to provide resolution.

What you need to have/ bring to the table:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field at the time of application
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with High attention to detail.
Comfortable with ambiguity and time spent outside of comfort zone acquiring new skills
Flexible in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting roles and responsibilities.
1+ years of experience in developing and delivering solutions. Experience related to SAAS solution development is preferred.
Proficient in development technologies: Javascript, CSS, HTML, Java, REST. Exposure to data stores: Cassandra, Elastic search, and redshift. is preferred
